Carlisle Apartment Block
A renovation of a former church and social club, this project saw the transformation of a derelict building into a bespoke block of 12 one-bedroom apartments.

Through working collaboratively with the local authority to secure planning for an extension and major works to both the interior and exterior, this beautiful building has been transformed into high specification homes.

Apartment Block in
Stoke-on-Trent
This former Public House in Stoke -on-Trent has been transformed to create 13 one bedroom apartments and communal gardens. Finished to a high specification, the block includes CCTV and intercom systems.
Colne Apartments
This particular project, involved the conversion of an existing stone building used as offices to 10 one-bed apartments.
Apartment sizes range from 38 to 47 sq m and intercoms and CCTV solutions were installed. This development is due to be ready in June 2020.
